For such a little fruit, Acai berry packs a lot of punch. The Amazonian fruit has caught the attention of health nuts everywhere for its amazing health benefits. It’s even made Oprah’s list of super foods, according to her website.

For such a tiny purple fruit, the Acai berry sure is making big waves in the health and diet industry. The Amazonian super fruit has been featured in several news reports and on several shows, the most notable being the Oprah Winfrey Show.
